Return and Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery if the herbal hair oil is defective, damaged, or not as described. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, contact our customer support at info@mediclone.shop with your order details and reason for return. Our team will assist you through the return process.

3. Return Shipping:

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned herbal hair oil, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used bottles of herbal hair oil are not eligible for return. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective bottle of herbal hair oil, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.

7. Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not accepted. For COD orders, refusal to accept the package will result in future COD service restrictions.
